Even those who love surprises are only delighted by them as long as they are of a pleasant nature. We, the Bründlers, are among those people and love to surprise you with something beautiful! However, we make sure to inform you of everything else in detail – we are completely open about it!

Inclusive services at Bründlerhof:

For all guests:

• All rooms and apartments are equipped with high-quality wooden floors and furniture, making them allergy-friendly.
• Does the bed in the rooms look like someone has already slept in it? Don’t worry, everything is fresh! It’s just made with linen bedding, because its natural properties fit perfectly with our Eco-Travel concept – even its wrinkled appearance! 😉
• The rooms and apartments are also accessible by elevator, making them barrier-free.
• To ensure that the temperature in the rooms and apartments is comfortable year-round, we have our own photovoltaic system and a heat pump that help us produce most of our energy.
• You can use the free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
• Our free parking is located directly at the house. You can also charge your e-bike battery of charge at our facility.
• In our garden and at our roof terrace, you can simply relax on a lounge chair and indulge in the enjoyment of nature. Small seating areas in front of the house invite you to sit together.
• As our guests, you will receive the “Südtirol Guest Pass”, which allows you to use all public transport for free across the region.
• Our sauna area is available to you free of charge – perfect for relaxing after an active day and recharging your energy.

For our apartment guests:

• All apartments feature a living kitchen, a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, one or two bedrooms, and a large balcony.
• In our apartments, you will find: a kettle, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, an electric stove, cooking and dining utensils, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a flat-screen TV, and a hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are also provided.
• Our apartment guests can use our roll service . Nerby is located a bakery, which is open 7 days a week, and a grocery store.

For our room guests:

• For our room guests, the rich, regional breakfast (from 8 to 10 am) is included.
• All our rooms have a bathroom with shower and WC, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony.
• The comforters in your rooms are made from Tencel-Lyocell fibers, an environmentally friendly, sustainable material that ensures natural comfort.

Important information from Bründlerhof:

Oral and/or written bookings are considered binding. In case of non-compliance (this applies also to late arrival or early departure), we reserve the right to charge as follows:

• • If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, no additional costs will be incurred – however, the deposit already paid will be retained and is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel within 30 days before arrival, we charge 100% of the booked holiday price.

• Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM – if you’re arriving later, please let us know in advance.
• Check-out is by 10:00 AM – for departures after 10:00 AM, an additional fee will apply.

• A local tax of €2.70 per person per night applies to all guests aged 14 and above.
• We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed on our premises.
• Just a few minutes' walk from Bründlerhof, you will find several excellent, highly recommended restaurants and inns.
